In the Kiwanis Club of Winter Haven, community service is our primary goal. The Club continually strives to fulfill the Kiwanis vision of changing the world, one child and one community at a time. Through the participation of our members, we've helped to educate our children, support important needs of our community, and establish ourselves as the premier service organization in the Winter Haven area. On our web site, you can find out about how we're working to accomplish this mission and why, at Kiwanis, our motto is, "Serving the Children of the World". Over the year, we've carried out numerous Winter Haven projects; from supporting the Kiwanis Park, conducting Children's Reading programs, organizing our Every Child a Swimmer program, funding High School Scholarships, and many more worthwhile activities.

Kiwanis Club of Winter Haven wants to grow! We're a very active part of our community and have a number of projects that benefit the community. Our meetings are fun and informative, with speakers that address a variety of current topics. If you are active in the community or are interested in becoming more active, you might consider attending one of our meetings. This year’s membership drive will feature Matthew Cantrall, an outstanding motivational speaker and a successful businessman. Mr. Cantrall is President of Signs & Specialties located in Lakeland. He has been a member of Kiwanis for over 26 years, serving in positions at the club, state and international levels.  If you are community service oriented and would like to be inspired by an outstanding speaker while you learn more about Kiwanis, you are invited to hear Matthew Cantrall speak.   

Join club members for lunch at The Garden Ball Room located at 323 3^rd Street NW. Lunch will be Tuesday February 21^st from 11:30 AM — 1:00 PM.  You must have a reservation to attend. To make your reservation, please contact club Secretary Kelly Casey at 294-6519 by Friday, February 17^th or email jkasey@tampabay.rr.com.   

It just takes one person to make a difference. Please help mold our future leaders and provide help to those in need.
